Clean cache
1. Click to launch the Java Cache Viewer.
2. Select any Top Technology products in the Applications view and delete them. e.g. Quote Tester, Top Trader Client......
3. Clean all entries in Resources view.



IE6 or below
Does not support IE6 or below.


IE7
1a. Open Internet Options from browser and set level to Medium-high. Then click Custom level.


1b. Click Reset button and Yes to resume default settings.


2a. After login to Top Trader and click Quote Button. An Security Information alert from IE will be shown. Click Yes to the next step.


2b. A Warning from Java will be shown. Click No to see applet.

1a. Open Internet Options from browser and set level to Medium-high. Then click Custom level.

2a. After login to Top Trader and click Quote Button. An Security Warning from IE will be shown. Click No to the next step.
